Appointments must be booked in advance, either online, over the phone, or in person.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in rescheduling to a later date.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, insurance (where applicable), and approved payment plans.
Any insurance coverage is subject to verification and approval by your insurance provider.

“Good Morning, this is TESLA MRI confirming your appointment. We are located at 3350 NW Boca Raton Blvd # B-10, Boca Raton, FL 33431. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. No surgeries within 8 weeks prior to your MRI. No pacemakers or certain implanted electronic devices. If you have stents, aneurysm clips, or any metal implants, bring documentation. Wear loose, light clothing—no metal zippers, buttons, jewelry, or metal hair accessories. Ankle monitors must be removed, please contact your officer. Bring your prescription if your doctor hasn’t sent it. If your exam is PIP (auto insurance), bring your auto insurance card. Any questions, call 833-837-5267. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from (Brand Name) at any time.”
Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week related to your [appointments/billing, etc.].

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
